Small Schools Cross Country
Four of our Year 5/6 pupils headed off in the spring sunshine to Elstree School this afternoon to participate in the Small Schools Cross Country Competition. A total of nine teams from five different schools took part.
The course was hilly and muddy but the children ran well and the team completed the 4 laps in 25mins and 23 seconds. Fastest lap went to Will.
The team came in fourth overall...a great result.
Thank you to Mr Higgs for organising and to Elstree School for hosting the tournament and for providing such delicious refreshments at the end.
