Harvest Festival
It was super to see a church packed full of people to celebrate our Harvest Festival. The children sang songs of thanks and praise, including everyone's favourite, 'Cauliflowers Fluffy'. There was also a reading and some beautifully written prayers. The collection of produce to be taken to New Beginnings was amazing - the charity will be delighted. This was such a great opportunity to show the children the importance of saying 'thankyou' and of being grateful for what we have whilst thinking of those who are in need in our own community.
Thank you to eveyone who donated and/or took part in our service; a special thank you to Rev Julia and her husband, Paul, for leading the service and organising the sound so well.
