Both year groups enjoyed the event and participated brilliantly. Working in pairs, they had to do a round-robin of maths problems. Unfortunately we aren't told the places for each school but Mrs Kelley was very proud to take both teams and she felt they worked really well together.
Staff from the Bradfield Tennis Centre spent a session with Year 1/2 teaching them footwork and forehand skills. The children had a great time. Many of our previous pupils have had coaching at the centre and have gone on to achieve well in this particular sport.
