Sowing the Seeds for a Flourishing Future
Each year we create a School Development Plan (SDP) in which we determine the key areas of our school which we wish to develop or improve in accordance with our Vision and Values. These areas may be related to the curriculum, pastoral issues, the school buildings, staff training or enrichment. In addition to the main SDP, each subject leader will also produce an annual subject action plan to show how they wish to develop our provision in that subject area.
