The Year 3/4 children had a fantastic 3-day residential at Thirtover Place and The Discovery Centre in Thatcham. Activities included soft-axe throwing, low ropes course, disc golf, orienteering, pond-dipping and a mini-beast hunt.

The children loved being in the dorms with their friends and also made the most of their free time to play with each other and find new interests.

This trip is an excellent way to foster independence and to prepare them for their longer residential in Year 5/6.
